Welcome to PetDerm, one of Calgary’s first independently owned and operated specialty veterinary clinics. Founded by Dr. Becky Valentine DVM, DACVD© , our clinic is renowned for its Dermatology expertise and proudly offers comprehensive Internal Medicine services. PetDerm aims to understand, diagnose, treat, and improve the health of pets and the lives of their owners. Many of our patients can suffer chronically, and Dr. Valentine has created a centre of expertise and compassion with the goal to alleviate their suffering and improve their quality of life.

PetDerm is proud to serve as a teaching clinic dedicated to advancing both veterinary dermatology and internal medicine across Western Canada. Our team provides hands‑on specialist training to future DVMs, helping them develop the expertise and confidence needed to support pets and their families. We are invested in strengthing the future of veterinary care through education, and mentorship.
